Shop & Pay is offered at more than 200 supermarkets and drugstores state-wide. You can pay with cash, check or money order, and with your correct account number your payment will be posted the same day if you use one of the authorized Shop & Pay Agents listed below.
If you have a Disconnect Notice:
Only the agents listed on our pages are authorized to receive NV Energy payments. Although non-authorized agents may accept your payment, they cannot provide us with a verifiable confirmation number if you have a disconnect notice. NV Energy recommends that you use only the authorized payment agents listed on our web pages.

Night Drop
The North Las Vegas office has a 24-hour night drop box for check or money order payments. Please allow up to three business days for payment processing. If you need faster service our online option -- MyAccount -- offers same day processing of payments from your checking account.
