Powerful Partnerships High School Scholarships
Scholarship Goals
NV Energy is committed to the growth and development of diverse and healthy communities. For this reason, NV Energy created the Powerful Partnerships scholarship program to assist the youth in Nevada to continue with higher education and service to their community after the completion of high school.
The Powerful Partnerships scholarship program is meant to recognize the accomplishments of high school students who have demonstrated exceptional academic achievements, leadership skills and a strong presence in community service.
One-time scholarships of $1,000 are awarded based on the program's selection criteria and on the number of applications received.

In our southern Nevada service territory applicants must use the Clark County School District (CCSD) scholarship application.

College Scholarships
In addition to the Powerful Partnerships scholarships, NV Energy provides funding to institutions of higher education to fund scholarship programs that recognize students who have shown outstanding community service, high academic achievement and strong involvement in school activities. Scholarship offices at each of the following institutions can provide more information on how to apply.
