This calculator shows how you might save money if you shift your energy use from on-peak to off-peak hours (it does not represent your actual bill).

 

First, you must choose between the two Time of Use options.

Option A      Option B Please make a selection.
For Option A:
  • On-peak months June through Sept.
  • On-peak hours: 1 p.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Lower on-peak rates
  • Lower monthly service charge
For Option B:
  • On-peak months July and August
  • On-peak hours: 2-7 p.m.
  • Higher on-peak rates
  • Higher monthly service charge
Then, select the type of home you live in.

Then, from a recent NV Energy bill choose the time (summer or winter) of your kwh electric usage, enter the killowat hours, and press calculate.
