For 2010, NV Energy is offering incentives for our customers who install newer more efficient heating systems in their homes. As an experienced HVAC contractor, you know the best equipment is useless if the installation isn't done properly.
To qualify for a rebate, our customers must use participating HVAC contractors to install the new systems to confirm the installation meets specific AFUE standards.
We are offering a $25 incentive to get HVAC contractors to enter the unit information in our tracking system.
To receive the $25 incentive contractors need to...
- Contact Luke Hermann at Enalasys. (775) 324-0938 LukeH@enalasys.com
Luke will qualify you as a participating and schedule an online training session for the eOne Platform. This is software you load on your PC that allows you to upload unit information. - Enter the specific unit information from the installation into the eOne Platform.
- Email or fax (888-877-9705) the sales invoice, and proof of AFUE rating (AHRI Certificate*) to Derik King at Enalasys. The AHRI Certificate can be obtained at www.ahridirectory.org
You can submit the information without using our system (but you won't get the $25 incentive) by filling out and faxing this form along with the sales invoice and the AHRI certificate to 888-877-9705.
Here are the standards the system must meet for it to qualify for rebates:
- Customer must be an NV Energy residential gas customer.
- Customer must meet the minimum efficiencies in AFUE when replacing a furnace or gas boiler.
- Rebates are to promote energy efficiency and conservation and are not intended to cover the complete cost of equipment or services.
