Bradley E. Woodring
Bradley E. Woodring is the Economic Development Manager at NV Energy Company for northern Nevada. In this role, he collaborates with the development and real estate partners as well as Strategic Tactical Planning and Business Development groups to design and implement regional development plans and promote the area to companies to locate or expand in the Northern Nevada area.
Professionally, Brad has worked with land developers, both commercial and residential, giving him a unique insight to the overall process of community development. He serves on many local boards, including the Truckee Meadows Community College Foundation Board, Nevadaworks Workforce Investment Act Board of Directors, and Western Industrial Nevada Board of Directors. Nationally, Brad is an Associate Member of the Industrial Asset Management Council where he serves as co-chair of the Associate Advisory Committee. Brad also belongs and serves as a board member of the Utility Economic Development Association.
Giving back, Brad enjoys community volunteer work serving on the Northern Nevada Childhood Cancer Foundation Advisory Committee, Co-Chair of the Education Committee for the Chamber of Commerce, Ready for Life Community Compact Education Coalition Committee Member and Past President of the Reno Central Rotary Club.
He is a 28 year resident of northern Nevada, coming from southern California where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Communications from California State Polytechnic University at Pomona.

Jeff Brigger
Jeff Brigger is the Economic Development Executive for NV Energy’s Economic Development Department. He is responsible for attracting new businesses and industry to northern Nevada and is the company’s liaison to rural economic development agencies.
As the former Business Development Manager for the Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada (EDAWN), Jeff worked to recruit new businesses to the area and assisted existing companies in expanding their business interests in northern Nevada. He was previously with McKee Foods Corporation for 16 years, working in California, Oregon, Washington and finally Nevada as the District Sales Manager for northern Nevada and northeastern California.
Jeff has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Management a Master’s of Business Administration from Marylhurst University in Oregon. He is a member of Western Industrial Nevada (WIN), the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). He also sits on the board of the Fernley Chamber of Commerce, the Western Nevada College Foundation Board, the Elko County Economic Diversification Authority board, Keep Truckee Meadows Beautiful (KTMB) board, and is an associate member of the Western Nevada Development District (WNDD).

Arnold Lopez
Arnold Lopez III is NV Energy’s Economic Development Executive and has lived in Southern Nevada since 1968. Both he and his wife are proudly raising their six native Nevadans.
In his 20+ years with NV Energy he has held various technical and managerial positions in the generation, conservation, and distribution of electrical energy. In his current position, Arnold works directly with both economic development and redevelopment agencies attracting new business and rebuilding aging neighborhoods in southern Nevada. He is a graduate of UNLV where he studied both engineering and chemistry. He has also completed graduate course work in both engineering and management.
Arnold is active on several boards, civic and professional organizations. They include the President of the Henderson Development Association, Henderson Chamber of Commerce Board (Federal Issues, Education committee), NLV Chamber of Commerce (Leadership Curriculum Chair) and Foundation Board, Nevada Development Association (Government and Utility Liaison Committee), NAIOP (Education, Programs, Government Affairs committees), Urban Land Institute (Executive Committee and Programs), College of Southern Nevada- FOCUS (Facility Operator Certification on Utility Systems ) program founder and instructor and a member of NV Energy’s Volunteer Council.

Cheree Boteler
Cheree Boteler is the Web Marketing Consultant for NV Energy’s Economic Development Department. She is responsible for researching and updating the content on the Economic Development portion of NV Energy’s website and is the project manager of Nevada Site Locator, a comprehensive GIS based database of buildings and land available in Nevada. She also maintains the Economic Development social media sites and is heavily involved in the creating of all Economic Development marketing pieces.
Cheree is a native Nevadan with two children and is currently pursuing her undergraduate degree at the University of Nevada, Reno.
Cheree is a 2009 graduate of the Leadership Reno Sparks program, chairs the Leadership Reno Sparks Alumni Association and serves on the Leadership Reno Sparks Board. She is a member of Reno Tahoe Young Professionals Network, Big Brother Big Sisters Young Professional Committee, Renown Community Advisory Committee, Renown Children's Hospital Committee and Renown Emerging Media Committee. She volunteers to help charities within the community including Keep Truckee Meadows Beautiful, March of Dimes, United Way and more.
