Nevada Rebar expands storage
Northern Nevada Rebar has leased an additional 10,000 square feet in the Riverview One flex building in the Tahoe-Reno Industrial Center.
The flex building has six 5,000-square-foot bays, and Northern Nevada Rebar now occupies five of them.
Northern Nevada Rebar needed additional production space because it has outgrown its facility in Sparks. The company wholesales rebar, brick, stone and related products for commercial and institutional building construction. It purchases rebar and then cuts it to meet the specifications of its customers.
The firm it will continue to operate that Sparks plant.
Griffith is planning a second 30,000-square-foot flex building, Riverview Two, with the same configuration of six 5,000-square-foot bays.
