announced that it has commenced construction on Phase 3 and 4 of its Peru
Heights refinery. The expansion, which is expected to be completed in the second
quarter of 2012, will double the plant's capacity to 400,000 gallons of

Greater Reno-Tahoe saw an uptick in the number of companies that
relocated to and expanded in the region over the past 12 months compared to the
previous year pointing to increased business activity in an otherwise still
