Charitable Donation Disclaimer

Northern and southern Nevada customers with residential and/or small/medium commercial accounts that sign up for Paperless Billing between July 9, 2010 and December 12, 2010 can ask NV Energy – through MyAccount – to make a one-time donation of $1 per eligible account to one of the following four nonprofit organizations:

• Nevada Public Education Foundation
• The Nature Conservancy
• American Red Cross
• Nevada Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, Inc.

After December 12, 2010, NV Energy will together donate up to $50,000 to each of the four nonprofit organizations above; maximum total donation by all NV Energy companies of up to $200,000.
