It is NV Energy's policy to provide and promote equal employment opportunity to all employees and applicants for employment in accordance with all local, state and federal laws and regulations governing personnel activities. In accordance with federal guidelines, NV Energy is committed to a program of affirmative action for work sites in the United States. In addition, NV Energy will:

Responsibility for NV Energy's EEO program has been assigned to the director, talent acquisition. Each member of management is responsible for ensuring compliance with the program. Employee relations and staffing will coordinate and monitor all equal employment opportunity activities and report on the effectiveness of Affirmative Action Programs.

Appropriate sections of the Affirmative Action Plan will be available for review by appointment only, upon written request, during regular business hours.   The Affirmative Action Plan is available to all employees on the HR intranet site.
