Manage Alerts Help

You can receive Account Alerts weekly, when your bill (consumption and/or therms) exceeds a certain threshold, by cost, or all three (South) or all five (North Gas customers).  This is a very useful feature if you have payment arrangements or have called about high bills.  You are able to get alerts for Power Outages, Electricity / Gas Cost, Electricity / Gas Usage, Payment Notice and Bill Reminders.

  • Click the My Account Link on the left had side of the page.
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and click.
  • Click Manage Alerts

When the criterion for an alert is met, NV Energy will send you an e-mail containing the alert.
