Sign In

  • Sign In to My Account on NV Energy's secure website
  • Sign In as a 'New User? Register'
  • Ask for your Username, if you've forgotten it
  • Reset your Password, if you've forgotten it

Each time you access My Account at NV Energy's website, you will be asked to log in. Enter the username and password you created the first time you signed in on this site as a New User. You have a maximum of five (5) attempts to sign in. If all your attempts fail, your username will be locked and you will be prevented from future attempts.

If your username is locked, go to Forgot Username or Forgot Password to reset your account.

New User? Register

First-time Registration

Eligible residential and commercial customers may register for access to My Account at NV Energy's website.
When registering your account for the first time,

  • 1. Enter your 19 digit Account Number
  • 2. Enter the last 4 digits of the Social Security Number (SSN) or Federal Tax ID (FTID) of either the primary account holder or any of the active co-customers on the account.
  • 3. Enter a valid Email Address. If you forget your password, you will receive an email at this address which contains a temporary password key.
  • 4. Create your own Username. Usernames can be up to 30 characters. The user name must be unique, contain no spaces or special characters.
  • 5. Create a unique Password. Passwords must be 8 - 16 characters. The password cannot be the same as the Username. Passwords are case sensitive.
  • 6. Answer 3 Security Questions only you as the user can validate.

NV Energy Account Password

If your account is protected by a NV Energy Account Password, please enter your password in the space provided. If you do not know the password, please select Cancel.

Note: The NV Energy account password is different from your 'My Account' log in password .

Account List

This form displays a listing of all accounts where the customer is listed as the Primary or Business customer. To access an account, click on the appropriate customer or business name or number link.

The Search feature allows the customer to search for all of the accounts where they are listed as the primary account holder.

Search results are displayed in Service Address Order.

To view all Accounts where the customer is listed as the Primary Customer

Click the address within the Accounts block.

To search by Account Status

Click onto the status within the Account block.

- Pending Residential
- Commercial
- Inactive Commercial
- Pending Commercial
